CCA Description :

The Boys' Brigade (BB) focuses on being the Youth Organization of Choice. BB activities are mainly geared towards experiential learning and fun whilst core values of character are being emphasized. Through the 4 years that the boys stay with BB, it is also envisaged that they will be nurtured, based on Christian values, to lead and to serve. All the above is made possible with a group of highly committed Volunteer Adult Leaders (VALs).

2006 marks a historic highpoint for Canberra Boys' Brigade (99 th Singapore Company) as we achieved the first Bronze Award for the J.M. Fraser's Award for Excellence. It has also been a fruitful year for BB as it achieved many first since its inception. We achieved Silver Honour Roll for 2006 BB Adventure Quest and Silver Honour Roll for 2006 National Bible Quiz. In addition, BB also did itself proud by serving as the Guards of Honour for Canberra 's 2006 National Day Parade.

Over the past 3 years of existence, BB 99 th Coy has proven its continual efforts to ensure that the company strives and performs its best to stretch our boys' potential to the fullest. This year will continue to be an exciting year for us, as our boys are looking forward to participating in a whole array of activities, such as BB Week, BB Sharity Gift Box, BB Cares, BB Adventure Quest, BB National Bible Quiz etc.
